Marianne has more than 20 years of experience from working with Design, Communication and Marketing. 16 years ago she started and is still running her first company, an advertising agency Byrå Tusj that is sponsoring PeopleUknow with premises and workshop expenses. Marianne is also educated as a Playmaker, facilitating big and small workshops and events. Her Design Thinking grew with her education as a fashion designer and she went back to teaching for one year before the urge to create took her back in business. She has studied coaching and loves to find new solutions through collaboration between team members and other contributors.
MSC & PhD in Architecture. “Ikke helt A4” architect with a recent crush on UX. Natural researcher, interdisciplinary minded, multidimensional designer. Maker soul and fearless of tech. The combination of curiosity, creativity and passion are characteristics of her unique contribution to the teamwork. Lived and travelled back and forth in 5 countries. Eager to communicate – speaks 4 languages. She has 13 years experience as mother with a deep commitment in the improvement of school’s psychosocial environment. She tends to fly high when “playing” with words and Marianne sometimes have to guide her back to the earth.
Nisha is very curious in solving real-life problems in interdisciplinary projects. She defended her PhD thesis in December 2017 in Neuroscience from Munich (Germany). She also has a Masters degree in computer science. She uses her writing, analytics and marketing knowledge in her travel blog, And there she goes again. She is an expert in applied machine learning. She now works at Trønderenergi’s data science team in Trondheim. She has a versatile set of inter-personal and professional skills when it comes to working with teams of different specialities and requirements. She loves to travel around the world in her free time and explore the different cultures.
Kshitij is working as a senior researcher at the department of Computer Science at NTNU. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL, Switzerland).
He worked a Postdoctoral researcher at the CHILI lab in EPFL and at the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) in the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. His research interests include eye-tracking, MOOCs, collaborative learning, big data analysis, interaction design and children, and statistics. He has authored several peer-reviewed academic publications on these topics.
Sindre is a civil engineer from NTNU Engineering & ICT, Geomatics. Back-end developer in Python (+Java, D and Matlab). Have experience with AI (artificial intelligence), machine learning and algorithm design. Sindre is the kind of guy that thinks before he speaks, a nice, calm and reflective contributor to the team.
He is a self-taught developer with a great interest in technology and how it can be applied in different situations.
Ole has knowledge in frontend and backend development and data visualization. He is a doer and a great reminder keeping our meetings short and to the point – so that he afterward can go and do what he loves the most: TO CODE.
Henrik works especially with ethics and the relationship between theory and practice. He divides his time between research at the International Peace Research Institute, teaching at Bjørknes College, writing books and giving lectures here and there.
Marit Svendsen is a senior advisor at Universell and works on the assignment of the Ministry of Education, directed by NTNU. Marit holds a Masters degree in Knowledge Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School and Nord-Trøndelag University College. She has a Degree in Management from the BI Business School. Marit believes that managers and teachers have a key role in the work of creating a learning environment characterized by positive values and attitudes.
Throughout his multifaceted career as a teacher, principal, supervisor of the National advisory team, head of the Municipality and in other leadership positions he has always spoken on -behalf of children and young -people. He has also participated actively in the public debate, as a regular columnist about education.
Through many years of experience as school psychologist in secondary school. She has developed a particular focus on how increased self-compassion and life mastering can help as a preventive and curative factor for good mental health in everyday life and how they can work with this system/ individual level.
